PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES Información al USUARIO de la existencia de fichero y solicitud del consentimiento Para el tratamiento automatizado de los datos : En relación con los datos de carácter Personal facilitados por el Usuario en el formulario de alta del boletín electrónico, Theclick, cumple estrictamente la normativa vigente establecida en la Ley Orgánica 15 / 1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y otras normas que la desarrollan e informa al usuarios que los datos referidos serán incluidos en un fichero para su tratamiento automatizando prestando el usuarios su consentimiento mediante la aceptación de estas condiciones Generales al mencionado tratamiento. Finalidad del tratamiento.- theclick informa de que gestionará automatizadamente los datos facilitados por los usuarios para proceder el alta en el boletín electrónico. Theclick tratará estos datos exclusivamente para el envío del boletín electrónico. En todo caso, los datos recogidos y tratados por theclick son los básicos para las finalidades señaladas anteriormente. Obligatoriedad de la introducción de los datos :Los campos en los cuales figure un asterisco * en los formularios existentes son aquéllos que requieren una respuesta obligatoria y de no ser cubierto la consecuencia sería imposibilitado de formalizar el alta en el boletín. Derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición : El usuario que introduzca sus datos personales en el formulario de alta del boletín, tendrá pleno derecho a ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición en cualquier momento solicitándolo a info@theclickproductionguide.com, o solicitándolo por correo postal a theclick s.c.p, con domicilio en calle Séneca 20, 3º1º 08006 Barcelona nif J - 6498732, incluyendo en ambos casos cópia del DNI u otro documento identificativo, del titular de los datos. Theclick reitera que se compromete al respeto y confidencialidad absoluta en la recogida y tratamiento de los datos personales del usuario, declarando su compromiso a la cesión a terceros en ningún caso, sin contar con el previo consentimiento de sus titulares. Seguridad.- Theclick asegura la absoluta confidencialidad y privacidad de los datos personales recogidos y por ello se han adoptado medidas esenciales de seguridad para evitar la alteración, perdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado y garantizar así su integridad y seguridad, especialmente las previstas en el Real Decreto 1720 / 2007, de 21 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal. Theclick no será responsable en ningún caso de las incidencias que puedan surgir entorno a los datos personales cuando se deriven bien de un ataque o acceso no autorizado a los sistemas de manera tal que sea imposible detectar por las medidas de seguridad implantadas o bien cuando se deba a una falta de diligencia del usuario en relación a al guardia y custodia de sus claves de acceso o de sus propios datos personales. Veracidad de los datos.- El usuario es responsable de la veracidad de sus datos, comprometiéndose a no introducir datos falsos y a proceder a la modificación de los mismos si fuera necesario. Obligation to enter data: The fields marked with an asterisk * on the current forms are fields requiring an obligatory response without which it shall not be possible to formalise the subscription to the electronic bulletin. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition: The User, when entering personal data on the bulletin subscription form, shall have full right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time by requesting via info@theclickproductionguide.com, or by post to Theclick scp, with registered offices in calle Séneca 20, 3º1º 08006 Barcelona, Fiscal Identification Number J - 6498732, including in both cases a copy of the National Identity Document or other identification document of the owner of the data. Theclick states that it shall be bound by the above and by the absolute confidentiality in collecting and processing the User’s personal data stating its commitment not to transfer such information to third parties in any case without the prior consent of the data's owners. Safety.- Theclick ensures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of personal data collected by it and therefore has adopted essential safety measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access thereby guaranteeing their integrity and security particularly under Royal Decree 1720 / 2007, dated 21 December, on Personal Data Protection. Theclick shall in no way be responsible for incidents which may arise from personal data where these incidents occur as a result of an attack or unauthorised access to systems so that it is impossible to detect by existing security measures or when such incidents are due to a lack of diligence by the User in terms of safeguarding and storing their access passwords or their own personal data. Veracity of data.- The User is responsible for the veracity of its data and is obliged not to enter false information and to modify the same if necessary.
